FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need experience riding ATVs?
Not at all! Our tours are designed for beginners and intermediate riders. Your certified guide provides comprehensive safety training before you hit the trails. First-time riders leave feeling confident and exhilarated.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 72+ hours before your tour for a 100% refund. Cancel 48-72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refunds within 48 hours of tour time. We want you to book with confidence.
What happens if it rains?
Rain makes it more fun! Your adventure continues in any weather. The only adjustment: if heavy rain raises river levels, we may skip the waterfall swim for safety. But the trails? Even better in the rain.
What should we bring?
Wear comfortable sportswear and closed-toe shoes (sneakers perfect). Bring sunglasses, your driver’s license, and ID. We provide everything else: equipment, water, snacks, and photos. Leave valuables at your hotel.
Are there age restrictions?
Drivers must be 18+ with a valid B1 license (or international equivalent). Passengers: 8+ for ATVs, 5+ for buggies. Everyone gets the adventure, just in the right seat for their age.
Where exactly are you located?
A: We’re in Quepos, just 10 kilometers (10 minutes) from Manuel Antonio. We provide free round-trip shuttle service from any accommodation in Manuel Antonio or Quepos. You’ll never stress about directions.
